3. Quotations and Service Agreements

All service quotations, equipment pricing, and maintenance agreements are subject to diagnostic assessment and written agreement. Scheduled servicing dates and dispatch timelines are coordinated directly with our operations dispatch desk.

4. Quality Standards & Warranty

All installations and repairs are carried out by certified HVAC technicians following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols. All genuine spare parts supplied include manufacturer standard warranties.
